Other offers were charging more and their appointments were either way out in the future or not at great times. The process of hiring 1 stop was fast and convienient. The owner answered all my questions. Day of service the inspector was there not just on time but early (which means a lot when you know about south florida traffic).The inspection was very thorough (like 67 pages thorough) and the insoector explained everything to us.
